Our Mission:
  • To promote the common interests of horse owners and the horse industry in Jefferson County, Colorado.
  • To present a unified voice for Colorado horse organizations, saddle clubs, breeders, and individual horse owners.
  • To inform and protect horse owners from unfavorable zoning regulations and other issues that affect them and their horses.
  • To sponsor educational programs and promote equine research.
  • To assist Federal, State and County government agencies to establish model ordinances and regulations pertaining to the care and custody of horses within their jurisdiction.
  • To establish neighborhood arenas and preserve trails for our future generations.
  • Emergency Evacuation Support


Summer is here and we're taking a break from our monthly meetings to get out and ride our horses. The meetings will resume in September, and don't forget to join us for the Poker Ride on September 13th!

 Poker Ride
The 4th annual Poker Ride is to take place on September 13, 2008 at the beautiful Three Sisters Park in Evergreen, Colorado. Hope you can join us for fun riding and great early fall weather!

After the summer starts winding down and the evenings become shorter, we resume our monthly social and education meetings. Join us to talk and hear about all things horse with your mountain neighbors on Thursday, September 25th at 6:30 at the Evergreen BeauJo's Pizza.
